AR Book Information

Accelerated Reader is a computer program that tests student’s comprehension on books they have read. Books should be at the child’s reading level or just above for accurate comprehension. There will be time during class to take tests as well as during library and computer time. Our class goal is to have every student achieve 50 points and earn a bronze medal.

Scholastic Book Information

Scholastic Reading Club flyers will periodically be sent home with your child. Each flyer will have a new selection of books to get kids excited about reading. The featured books are chosen based on factors including grade level, reading levels and interests.

You can enter your order online with a credit or debit card, or send the flyer back to school with your payment. Your child’s teacher will take care of the rest and submit a combined class order.

Whenever you order through Reading Club, you’ll automatically help your child’s classroom earn Bonus Points. Your teacher can redeem these points to earn rewards that benefit your child by building the classroom library, including FREE Books, supplies, and teaching resources!
